Having a healthy body is everyone’s main objective and getting to have a good body fitness can really be stressful and probably can take too much of time because there are so many involve.

But mainly speaking a good body fitness keeps you fresh and active and always younger. There are so many things that you need to implement to keep you fresh and having a good body fitness.

In this article I will be showing you “how to maintain a good body fitness” that can forever keep you active and stronger. But before getting started with the topic “how to maintain a good body fitness” let’s take a look at what body fitness is.

Body Fitness also known as physical fitness is the ability of an individual to carry out daily activities without unnecessary stress or fatigue and still having enough energy to carry out other unexpected daily activities.

It also refers to the ability of your body system to work together efficiently to allow you to be healthy and perform daily activities. Body fitness means daily doing activities with the least effort possible a good body fit person is able to perform several activities including school work, house chores and enough capabilities to do other sports-related activities.

I will be showing us five ways to maintain a good body fitness.

Light foods can greatly impact in your body fitness. They play a vital role when it comes to you dreaming or hoping to have a good body fitness.

Generally light foods are a combination of nutritious ingredients that are easy to digest and absorb by the body. When you eat light foods it helps you understand how to maintain a good body fitness.

Examples of Light Foods

  1. Seasonal fruits and vegetables
  2. lean cut of meat and fish
  3. Eggs
  4. Semi polished grains
  5. Sweet Potato or Potato Posh
  6. Cottage Cheese

2. Drink Less Water

To loosing too much weight you new to eat light food and drink less water as they encourages a good body fitness.

Drinking less water makes you active and enjoy. it stresses the good for months in you which means you have a good body fitness.

3. Nutritious Meal

Nutritious meals are mostly proteins which are classified as class is also faces food. Nutritious meals are mostly protein or substances that helps you want to go as well giving you a good diet of physical and normal body fitness. Nutritious Diets Include:

  4. Low fat diet
  5. Lean beats
  6. Poultry

Exercise is one of the most important steps in you having a good body fitness. Exercising daily helps your bone molecule and strengthens your cartilage and bone component which makes you have a good body fitness.

There are many forms or types of exercise from my study at the college while discussing Exercise as a topic in the Home Economics subject . I learnt various types of exercise and the most important ones which are three I’m going to outline below:

  2. Strength Exercise
  3. Balance Exercise

1. Aerobic Exercise

Aerobic exercises increases your breathing and heart rate and are the main components of oveal body fitness prices. The ensure the security system and the lungs are keeping healthy common which countries away any form of diabetic disease and the heart disease. Common examples of this exercise includes:

  1. Jogging
  2. Dancing
  3. Biking
  4. A brisk walk
  5. Climbing the stairs
  6. Being part of good work like digging, raking and gardening.

2. Strength Exercise

They are Very important for keeping your bones and muscles strong and help older adults to helps maintain their independence. Strength exercises plays a vital role because it helps in reducing force and helps you do every activities that require lifting which includes carrying groceries. Common examples of strength exercises include:

  1. Lifting weights
  2. Use of resistance bands to leverage your own body weight building capacity.
  3. Using of resistance machine at the gym.

3. Balance Exercise

It is mostly important for adult because it can strengthen the body’s, care and help Falls. A good balance exercise includes:
